We had a huge delay on our flight. But when we arrived, Frontdesk Leo was ready to welcome us. He is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping comes over every day to change towels. Breakfast was nice, my daughter loves loves the pancakes machines.

The customer service was excellent. My family and I arrived late but the room we got had a bad "plant" odor. They didn't hesitate to swap our room. Unfortunately, the next room had a moist, moldish smell so they immediately helped us get into another room and called us to make sure everything was ok. The next day when we got back to our room there was a bad, spoiled smell on our entire floor so, again, they swapped us immediately and compensated some for the inconvenience. The room service was very good and regularly on top of keeping our room in clean and comfortable conditions.

Location was good, with free shuttle to and from the Disney parks. Rooms are spacious allowing for an extra bed for our 13 yr old. Staff helpful and friendly.
